Jouw uitdaging als Financieel Adviseur

Als Financieel Adviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten. Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal en begeleidt klanten bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken. Door actief te luisteren ontdek je commerciële opportuniteiten en bied je een oplossing die aansluit bij hun behoeften.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Klanten professioneel begeleiden bij hun dagelijkse bankverrichtingen.
  • Financieel advies geven over de basisbankproducten.
  • Opportuniteiten detecteren en klanten doorverwijzen naar gespecialiseerde collega's voor kredieten, beleggingen of verzekeringen.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij digitale toepassingen en online bankieren.
  • Mee bouwen aan een uitstekende klantenbeleving en langdurige klantenrelaties.

Wie ben jij als Financieel Adviseur?

Je bent iemand die graag met mensen werkt en commerciële kansen weet om te zetten in tevreden klanten.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt interesse in de financiële sector of beschikt al over ervaring binnen bank- of verzekeringen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent vlot met digitale toepassingen en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en neemt graag initiatief.
