Je werkt nauw samen met de andere financiële adviseurs in het team en fungeert mede als aanspreekpunt de ketenpartners en andere teams binnen de afdeling. In deze rol ben je een financiële duizendpoot met auditervaring, je bent sterk op de inhoud. Signaleer je risico's en kansen en weet deze te vertalen naar concrete acties en opvolging. In deze rol draag je actief bij aan het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie. Je toetst continu of de administratie voldoet aan de eisen en richtlijnen van het BBV voor gemeenten. Als sparringpartner voor ketenpartners en collega-teams signaleer je risico's, denk je mee in oplossingen en adviseer je gevraagd én ongevraagd. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is je bijdrage aan de totstandkoming van de jaarrekening. Je controleert balansdossiers, inkoopdossiers en in het bijzonder de controle op de SiSa (Single information, Single audit) dossiers. Kennis van een boekhouding is een must alsmede herkennen van risico's. Ook neem je deel aan periodieke overleggen over de voortgang van processen zoals de maandafsluiting en jaarrekening. Daarnaast vervul je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van het team: - Stimuleren van kennisdeling en coachen van collega's in hun ontwikkeling. - Signaleren van risico's en voorstellen doen voor risicobeheersing, inclusief onderbouwd advies. - Fungeren als vraagbaak en aanspreekpunt voor inhoudelijke vraagstukken. - Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en kwaliteitsverhoging. - Bijdragen aan een open, prettige...
