Korte beschrijving Gemeente Epe is een prettige gemeente op de Veluwe met veel natuurschoon en een informele werksfeer. Ruim 220 collega's zetten zich dagelijks in voor circa 33.000 inwoners; jouw bijdrage maakt écht verschil. De opdracht is een tijdelijke, zelfstandige advies- en resultaatopdracht voor financieel advies binnen interne en externe dienstverlening (KCC, VTH en Griffie). De opdrachtnemer analyseert financiële vraagstukken, duidt ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete financiële consequenties, risico's, scenario's en handelingsperspectieven. De inzet is circa 32 uur per week van 21 september 2026 tot 21 december 2026 (met mogelijke verlenging); de opdrachtnemer werkt zelfstandig en zonder hiërarchische binding; besluitvorming blijft bij budgethouders en teamleiders. Vereist profiel - HBO/WO-opleiding in financiële richting (bedrijfseconomie, accountancy, finance of vergelijkbaar). - Aantoonbare ervaring (bij voorkeur 3+ jaar) met financieel advies en analyses binnen de publieke sector of gemeenten. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden: ervaren in begroting, prognose, realisatieanalyse, risicoanalyse en scenario‑doorrekeningen. - Ervaring met P&C-cyclus (begroting, tussentijdse rapportages, jaarrekening) en het opstellen van bestuurlijke toelichtingen. - Vaardig in het vertalen van financiële informatie naar begrijpelijke stuurinformatie en concrete handelingsperspectieven voor budgethouders en teamleiders. - Zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en in staat om zonder hiërarchische sturing planmatig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: overtuigend schriftelijk en mondeling, met ervaring in het geven van adviezen aan niet-financiële stakeholders. - Kennis van personele lastenberekeningen en formatieconsequenties is gewenst; ervaring met KCC, VTH of Griffie is een pré. - Beschikbaarheid circa 32 uur per week in de aangegeven looptijd en inzetbaar op basis van een overeenkomst van opdra...
