Our supporting nonprofit organization raises funds and awareness to sustain our programmes, including training, daycare, and holistic support for women and children. After several challenging years we are now seeing encouraging sales growth. We are looking for someone who can join our team to help us develop a clear, realistic financial roadmap to achieve long-term sustainability. Job Description We are seeking a Financial Advisor to help chart a strategic financial path forward. This individual will assess our current financial structure, identify opportunities for stability and growth and develop a roadmap toward sustainability. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial acumen who is passionate about social enterprise, women's empowerment and ethical business. Person Description You will have a degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and demonstrable experience in financial analysis, planning, and strategy development. You will have strong analytical and communication skills along with an understanding of social enterprise models, nonprofit finance or impact-driven business operations.
