Voor de afdeling Financiën bij Gemeente Gouda zoeken wij een ervaren adviseur. Wil jij direct sturen op de financiële gezondheid van een dynamische stad? In deze rol van Financieel Adviseur adviseer je afdelingshoofden en budgethouders van diverse bedrijfsvoeringsafdelingen, zoals Juridische Zaken, Concernstaf, Facilitaire Zaken en Financiën. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de vakafdelingen en het financieel domein. Dit zijn je kerntaken: - Adviseren van management en budgethouders over complexe financiële vraagstukken. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van begroting, bestuursrapportages en de jaarrekening. - Bewaken van budgetten en proactief signaleren van financiële kansen en risico's. - Opstellen en beoordelen van heldere financiële analyses en onderbouwde prognoses. - Adviseren over bestuurlijke college- en raadsvoorstellen met financiële consequenties. In deze functie van 24 uur per week werk je op dinsdag en donderdag op locatie. Je komt te werken in een team van 30 gedreven collega's. De geplande startdatum is 5 oktober 2026.
