Als financieel adviseur ben je een commercieel en klantgerichte professional die graag lange termijnrelaties uitbouwt. Op termijn wensen we een medekantoorverantwoordelijke die verantwoordelijk is voor de bank en zijn medewerkers.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen ons bankkantoor en zal voornamelijk instaan voor het begeleiden van klanten bij hun financiële vragen en het uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.

Het takenpakket zal onder andere bestaan uit:

  • klanten ontvangen en adviseren over hun dagelijkse bankzaken;
  • actief meewerken aan beleggingsgesprekken en klanten begeleiden bij het uitwerken van een passende beleggingsoplossing;
  • bestaande klanten opvolgen en actief inspelen op hun financiële behoeften;
  • mee instaan voor het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen en quota binnen het kantoor;
  • klanten proactief contacteren voor adviesgesprekken en commerciële opportuniteiten;
  • voorbereiden en opvolgen van klantendossiers;
  • klanten informeren over de verschillende bankproducten en diensten;
  • op termijn ook kredietgesprekken en kredietdossiers opnemen binnen het takenpakket;
  • samenwerken met collega's binnen het kantoor en met de verzekeringsafdeling;
  • zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van de dossiers.

We zoeken iemand die niet alleen graag met cijfers en financiële producten werkt, maar ook graag met mensen in gesprek gaat, luistert naar hun behoeften en hen op een professionele en persoonlijke manier begeleidt.

De functie biedt bovendien de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen het kantoor.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met interesse in bankieren, beleggingen en financiële dienstverlening en met de ambitie om hierin verder te groeien.

Een financiële of economische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Financiën en Verzekeringen, Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting, is een pluspunt.

Een specifieke opleiding is echter niet het enige wat voor ons telt. Relevante werkervaring binnen de banksector, financiële sector of een commerciële functie met klantencontact kan eveneens een sterke troef zijn.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • klantgericht en communicatief sterk is;
  • graag advies geeft en commerciële gesprekken voert;
  • interesse heeft in beleggingen en financiële producten;
  • nauwkeurig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een klein team;
  • commerciële doelstellingen niet uit de weg gaat;
  • bereid is om zich verder bij te scholen;
  • op termijn wil doorgroeien naar een bredere rol binnen het kantoor, inclusief kredietverlening.

Ervaring in beleggingen en/of kredieten is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute voorwaarde wanneer de kandidaat de juiste financiële basis, commerciële ingesteldheid en motivatie heeft om zich hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Voorkeur aan bachelor is financiën en verzekeringen of bedrijfsmanagement. Maar niet noodzakelijk.
