Financieel Adviseur Beleid & Control Raalte We zijn de gemeente Raalte. Binnen onze organisatie werken verschillende professionals samen aan maatschappelijke opgaven. Binnen de financiële keten werken medewerkers financieel beheer, adviseurs financieel beheer, financieel adviseurs, de financieel adviseurs beleid & control en de concerncontroller samen aan een sterke financiële functie. We zijn volop in ontwikkeling en werken aan een heldere positionering van de verschillende rollen, een goede onderlinge samenwerking en een stevige verbinding tussen financiën, beleid en bestuur. Opdracht De financieel adviseur beleid & control verbindt beleid en financiën en ondersteunt integrale, financieel haalbare keuzes. De opdracht richt zich op de domeinen Ruimte, Beheer en Samenleving. De rol is circa een jaar geleden herijkt en wordt met deze opdracht verder in de praktijk gebracht en geconcretiseerd. Een collega financieel adviseur beleid & control richt zich op de domeinen Publiek, Bedrijfsvoering en Sociaal. De opdracht omvat het analyseren van financiële en beleidsmatige ontwikkelingen, risico's, scenario's en domeinoverstijgende effecten en het vertalen daarvan naar bruikbare stuurinformatie en adviezen voor domeinmanagement en bestuur. De opdrachtnemer draagt bij aan samenhangende P&C, strategische projectcontrol en toepassing en verbetering van financiële kaders. Een belangrijk resultaat is het bijdragen aan het concretiseren en versterken van de wisselwerking tussen de financieel adviseurs beleid & control en de concerncontroller. Dit wordt in de dagelijkse praktijk werkbaar en herkenbaar gemaakt binnen de keten richting de organisatie. Met bijzonder oog voor de rolverdeling in het P&C proces. De opdrachtnemer werkt samen met medewerkers financieel beheer, adviseurs financieel beheer, financieel adviseurs en de concerncontroller en draagt bij aan een samenhangende financiële keten in de praktijk.
