Interex Professionals Financieel Adviseur Beleid & Control detachering In het kort Volledige opdracht Gemeente Raalte zoekt een financieel adviseur beleid & control voor de domeinen Ruimte, Beheer en Samenleving. De rol is circa een jaar geleden herijkt en wordt met deze opdracht verder in de praktijk gebracht en geconcretiseerd. Een collega financieel adviseur beleid & control richt zich op de domeinen Publiek, Bedrijfsvoering en Sociaal. Je analyseert financiële en beleidsmatige ontwikkelingen, risico's, scenario's en domeinoverstijgende effecten en vertaalt die naar bruikbare stuurinformatie en adviezen voor domeinmanagement en bestuur. Daarnaast draag je bij aan samenhangende P&C, strategische projectcontrol en de toepassing en verbetering van financiële kaders. Een belangrijk resultaat is het concretiseren en versterken… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau; - Minimaal 6 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als financieel adviseur binnen een gemeente; - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen de P&C-cyclus bij een gemeente; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met advisering op het snijvlak van financiën, beleid en management/bestuur binnen een publieke organisatie.
