Als Financieel Adviseur ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management, budgethouders en bestuur. Je vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten en adviezen die bijdragen aan een financieel gezonde en toekomstbestendige gemeente Epe. Wat je gaat doen - In deze functie ben jij de financiële sparringpartner voor verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert voornamelijk budgethouders over financiële vraagstukken en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar heldere financiële inzichten en adviezen met een focus op de dienstverlening. Je bewaakt budgetten, analyseert resultaten en signaleert kansen en risico's. - Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de planning- en controlcyclus, zoals begroting, tussentijdse rapportages en de jaarrekening. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Financieel Advies en Financieel Beheer en zoekt actief de verbinding met de organisatie om tot goed onderbouwde besluitvorming te komen. Met jouw analytisch vermogen en overzicht draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte financiële sturing van de gemeente. - Binnen de interne- en externe dienstverlening voer je gesprekken met budgethouders van de teams Klant Contact Centrum en Vergunning Toezicht en Handhaving en vertaal je ontwikkelingen naar financiële consequenties en concrete adviezen. - Je adviseert teamleiders over formatie en bezetting en denkt mee over hoe gemeentelijke doelen effectief en efficiënt gerealiseerd kunnen worden. - Je signaleert proactief financiële kansen en risico's binnen jouw domein en bespreekt deze met collega's en management. - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het verbeteren van financiële processen en het versterken van de financiële stuurinformatie binnen de organisa...
