Ben jij een financieel adviseur die verder kijkt dan de cijfers? Wil jij met jouw analyses en adviezen écht invloed hebben op beleidskeuzes en maatschappelijke projecten? Dan is dit jouw kans om jouw expertise in te zetten voor gemeenten en provincies.

Taken Als Financieel Adviseur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen cijfers en beleid. Jij zorgt ervoor dat financiële inzichten leiden tot slimme keuzes en heldere besluiten. Je werkt samen met budgethouders, management en bestuur en weet complexe financiële informatie te vertalen naar begrijpelijke adviezen.

Afhankelijk van de opdracht kun je denken aan:

- Proactief adviseren van budgethouders, management en bestuur over financiële vraagstukken;

- Meewerken aan Planning & Control-producten zoals jaarrekening, begroting en rapportages;

- Ontwikkelen van financieel bewustzijn binnen teams en afdelingen;

- Adviseren over college- en raadsvoorstellen;

- Signaleren van financiële risico’s en verbeterkansen;

- Bijdragen aan een efficiënte P&C-cyclus en het versterken van financieel beleid.

Geen opdracht is hetzelfde – soms ligt de nadruk op strategisch advies, soms op analyse of procesverbetering. Jij krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise breed in te zetten.

Vereisten Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet financiële informatie op een overtuigende manier over te brengen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar;

- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als financieel adviseur, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeente of provincie;

- Kennis van overheidsfinanciën en begrotingsprocessen;

- Basiskennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en bij voorkeur van het Besluit Begroting en Verantwoording (BBV);

- Inzetbaarheid van 24 tot 36 uur per week;

- Een Wft-certificering is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
