Als financieel adviseur en contractbeheerder Geneesmiddelen combineer je cijfers, advies en uitvoering. Je maakt financiële stromen inzichtelijk, houdt grip op afspraken en vertaalt analyses naar concrete verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen Geneesmiddelentherapie wordt steeds complexer en de kosten nemen toe. Tegelijkertijd groeit de behoefte aan betrouwbare stuurinformatie en goede financiële beheersing. In deze functie help jij de afdeling Klinische Farmacie en Farmacologie (KFF) om hierin de juiste keuzes te maken. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zorg, bedrijfsvoering en financiën. Je houdt je onder meer bezig met de bekostiging van geneesmiddelen, de financiële integratie van de poliklinische apotheek en het verder ontwikkelen van managementinformatie. Daarmee geef je het management beter inzicht in capaciteit, productie en financiële prestaties. Je ondersteunt het dagelijks bestuur en de verschillende onderdelen van de afdeling met analyses, managementinformatie en praktisch financieel advies. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de cijfers alleen. Je onderzoekt de oorzaak van afwijkingen, legt verbanden en vertaalt je bevindingen naar concrete acties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - samen met een collega monitoren en analyseren van ontwikkelingen in geneesmiddelengebruik, kosten en opbrengsten. Je signaleert trends, verklaart afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar inzichten voor sturing en beleid; - uitwerken, uitvoeren en opvolgen van verbeteracties die voortkomen uit financiële analyses; - coördineren en bewaken van financiële en contractuele afspraken met interne en externe stakeholders; - opstellen en verder ontwikkelen van rapportages, m...
