Waar kom je terecht? Gemeente Hoeksche Waard ligt ten zuiden van Rotterdam en bestaat uit een groot aantal dorpskernen met veel ruimte en polderlandschap. De gemeente werkt aan wegen, gronden, woningbouw, mobiliteit en energie. Bij al die opgaven speelt geld een grote rol. Daarom is goed financieel advies belangrijk. Je werkt binnen het fysieke domein, waar je in eerste instantie de vakteams Civiel en Grondzaken adviseert. Daarnaast werk je voor Programma's & Projecten. Je trekt ook op met het programma Wonen, Mobiliteit en Energie (WME). Daar is steeds vaker financieel advies nodig. Het werk is afwisselend: je combineert de vaste deadlines van de Planning & Control-cyclus (P&C-cyclus) met vragen die onverwacht binnenkomen. Je komt te werken bij het Team Financieel Advies, in het gemeentehuis in Maasdam. Je werkt nauw samen met de vakteams en met andere financieel adviseurs. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert budgethouders en teammanagers binnen Civiel, Grondzaken en Programma's & Projecten over financiële vraagstukken. Ook bij vraagstukken binnen WME lever je advies en stem je af met de betrokken collega's. - Je bespreekt actief met budgethouders hoe hun budgetten ervoor staan. Je analyseert afwijkingen, zoekt de oorzaak en bespreekt wat nodig is om bij te sturen. - Je vertaalt financiële informatie naar een helder advies en legt aan collega's zonder financiële achtergrond uit wat cijfers, regelgeving en financiële keuzes concreet betekene...
