Denk aan woningbouwontwikkelingen, multifunctionele accommodaties, scholen en de ontwikkeling van bedrijventerreinen. Projecten met grote maatschappelijke én financiële belangen, waarin keuzes van vandaag nog jarenlang doorwerken. Jij bent de financiële sparringpartner van de projectleiders die aan deze opgaven werken. Je helpt hen om financieel onderbouwde keuzes te maken, brengt risico's en scenario's in beeld en zorgt dat financiële consequenties tijdig op tafel liggen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan cijfers alleen. Je begrijpt de maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke context en weet wat nodig is om ambities financieel haalbaar en beheersbaar te houden. Je kijkt bovendien niet alleen naar één project. Juist jouw helikopterview is belangrijk. Je ziet verbanden tussen projecten, financiële ontwikkelingen en gemeentelijke ambities en vertaalt die naar heldere adviezen voor projectleiders, management en bestuur. Ook zorg je voor de verbinding met de reguliere planning- en-controlcyclus. Je overziet wat ontwikkelingen binnen majeure projecten betekenen voor bijvoorbeeld de begroting, bestuursrapportages en jaarrekening en zorgt dat deze daarin op de juiste manier landen. Dit ga je doen - Je adviseert integraal over de financiële kant van majeure projecten, van initiatief tot realisatie. - Je beoordeelt businesscases, projectbegrotingen en financiële voorstellen en adviseert over haalbaarheid en consequenties. - Je bewaakt de balans tussen maatschappelijke ambities, risico's en financiële haalbaarheid. - Je bent financieel sparringpartner voor projectleiders en werkt nauw samen met strategisch financieel adviseurs, managers en andere betrokken collega's. - Je adviseert management en bestuur over financiële vraagstukken en keu...
