Bij de gemeente Haaksbergen werken ongeveer 180 medewerkers. Samen met inwoners, verenigingen, maatschappelijke organisaties en ondernemers werken we aan een samenleving die past bij onze gemeente. Dat doen we met een Toekomstvisie als vergezicht en aan de hand van een Verbeterprogramma. We hebben de komende jaren drie belangrijke prioriteiten. We willen de organisatie versterken, de financiën op orde krijgen en de relatie met de gemeenschap verbeteren. De samenleving vraagt veel van ons. Inwoners willen meer dan ooit meepraten.
