Over de functie Als financieel adviseur sociaal domein ben je de sparringpartner voor bestuur, management en beleidsmedewerkers. Je werkt aan het opstellen van belangrijke financiële documenten, geeft advies over actuele vraagstukken en bespreekt budgetten met betrokkenen. Je optimaliseert processen, ondersteunt teams in financieel beheer en denkt actief mee over de ontwikkeling van het team. Ervaring met ERPx Unit4 is een pré. Wat je gaat doen - Sparringpartner voor bestuur, directie, management en (beleids)medewerkers - Opstellen van perspectiefnota, begroting, voortgangsverslagen en jaarstukken - Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren over actuele vraagstukken - Bespreken van realisatie, prognoses en besteding van budgetten met budgethouders en opdrachtgevers - Rapporteren over uitkomsten en risico's - Optimaliseren van processen - Teams enthousiasmeren en ondersteunen bij financieel beheer - Meedenken en adviseren over ontwikkelingen binnen het team Financieel Beleid Opdrachtgever Gemeente Gooise Meren bestaat uit Bussum, Naarden, Muiden en Muiderberg en heeft ruim 60.000 inwoners.
