Als relatiebeheerder zelfstandigen en kmo's ben je verantwoordelijk voor enerzijds het bewerken en optimaliseren van de bestaande portefeuille inzake schadeverzekeringen én anderzijds het beheren van nieuwe opportuniteiten bij onze zelfstandige klanten en KMO's.

je staat in voor het volledig proces vanaf de doorlichting van de schadeportefeuille t.e.m. de opvolging/ nazorg van de klant. Hierbij word je uiteraard bijgestaan door de collega's in de backoffice. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de claimsopvolging van onze klanten non-life.

Het is dan ook vanzelfsprekend dat je voldoende professionalisme , ondernemerschap alsook klantgerichtheid aan de dag kan leggen.

Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of masterdiploma en heb minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de verzekeringssector ( bij voorkeur BB én non-life)

Je bent empatisch waardoor je vlot een gesprekspartner begrijpt en zijn behoeften kan inschatten

Met de nodige assertiviteit en opmerkelijke people skills bouw je duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op met je klanten.

Door de alerte analytische en proactieve werkwijze weet je de juiste prioriteiten te stellen in je dagelijkse werking.

Je hebt een gezonde dosis zelfvertrouwen en ziet een obstakel als een uitdaging om een nieuwe opportuniteit te creëren.
