Solliciteer direct 36 - 40 uur per week Tussen €3.339 en €3.600 Per maand Wat ga je doen? Ben jij een expert in het begeleiden van klanten naar hun droomhuis? Als Financieel Adviseur Wonen bij ING in Amsterdam help jij klanten op afstand (digitaal) hun woondroom te realiseren. Vanuit huis en vanuit de diverse ING-Hubs in het land geef je het beste woonadvies. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat klanten succesvol worden geadviseerd over hun woonsituatie. Dit is dé kans om jouw talenten in te zetten en echt impact te maken! Wat ga je doen als Financieel Adviseur Wonen? - Je start in het Digitaal Wonen Team en hebt veel telefonisch klantcontact. - Je bespreekt de mogelijkheden met klanten en hebt zowel inkomend als uitgaand contact. - Je wordt de eerste maand vier dagen op kantoor ingewerkt om snel meters te maken. - Je groeit na ongeveer 12 maanden door naar het Advies Team Wonen, waar je echt hypotheekadvies geeft. Bij ING draait alles om het helpen van mensen om hun financiële doelen te bereiken. We geloven in een persoonlijke aanpak, zelfs op afstand, en zetten altijd de klant centraal. Je werkt in een omgeving waar innovatie en samenwerking hand in hand gaan, en waar je volop kansen krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wie ben jij? Jij bent supergoed in het voeren van (beeld)gesprekken en bouwt binnen een paar minuten een sterke band op met klanten. Je begeleidt klanten die na een oriënterend gesprek voor ING hebben gekozen. Jouw enthousiasme en kennis zorgen ervoor dat elk gesprek een kans is om een klant te helpen. Je schakelt snel en efficiënt, of je nu groen licht geeft voor een woonwens of tactvol aangeeft dat bepaalde opties nog niet haalbaar zijn. Wanneer een klant bij jouw afdeling komt, sta jij klaar om de klant aan ING te bind...
