Vanuit dat werk leer je de corporatiecontext kennen en pak je steeds meer financieel-analytische onderwerpen op. Je werkt daarbij mee aan de financiële informatie waarop binnen Mozaïek Wonen wordt gestuurd. Concreet: - Je analyseert financiële gegevens uit het ERP-systeem en Excel en onderzoekt afwijkingen. - Je draagt bij aan financiële aansluitingen, periodieke rapportages en onderdelen van de begroting en onderzoekt de verschillen die daarbij naar voren komen. - Je stelt stook- en servicekostenafrekeningen op, controleert deze en zorgt dat afwijkingen worden uitgezocht. - Je vertaalt relevante wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de financiële verwerking en afrekeningen. - Je verwerkt en controleert VvE-bijdragen, zakelijke lasten en WOZ-waarden. - Je breidt je werkzaamheden uit richting jaarrekeningen, btw- en VPB-aangiften en grootboekcontroles. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Gouda werk je in een financieel team van ongeveer tien collega's, met ieder hun eigen specialisme. Collega's delen hun kennis actief en nemen je mee in de corporatie specifieke financiële processen. Je financiële werk blijft daarbij niet alleen intern. Goede analyses, aansluitingen en afrekeningen dragen uiteindelijk bij aan betaalbare en goed georganiseerde sociale huur voor duizenden huurders in de regio.
