Om onze Investment Managers te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Financieel Analist met minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring. Iemand die financiële informatie snel doorgrondt, verbanden legt en analyses vertaalt naar heldere inzichten en goed onderbouwde investeringsbeslissingen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt nauw samen met onze Investment Managers aan nieuwe investeringsmogelijkheden en de ontwikkeling van onze bestaande participaties. Daarbij krijg je vanaf het begin veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - analyseren van financiële prestaties, prognoses en businesscases; - opstellen van financiële modellen en waarderingen; - ondersteunen bij investeringsvoorstellen en due-diligencetrajecten; - uitvoeren van markt-, sector- en concurrentieanalyses; - volgen en analyseren van de resultaten van onze participaties; - signaleren van kansen en risico's; - voorbereiden van rapportages en besluitvorming. Daarnaast kun je worden ingezet voor projecten van onze partner WRS.Finance. Hierdoor werk je aan uiteenlopende financiële en strategische vraagstukken binnen het MKB en krijg je een brede blik op verschillende ondernemingen en sectoren. Wie zoeken we? Natuurlijk kijken we naar je kennis en ervaring, maar minstens zo belangrijk vinden we wie je bent. In ons kleine en hechte team zoeken we iemand die open, nieuwsgierig en benaderbaar is. Je werkt graag samen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft tegelijkertijd zelfstandig een standpunt in te nemen.
