Je komt terecht in een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in technisch en facilitair beheer van gebouwen. De organisatie ondersteunt klanten in het optimaliseren van hun werkomgeving door middel van onderhoud, energiebeheer en technische dienstverlening. Met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Je werkt in een professionele omgeving waar samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als medewerker binnen deze functie ondersteun je de contract- en financiële processen en draag je bij aan een correcte en tijdige opvolging van klanten en facturatie.

Contracten:

  • Administratief en financieel opvolgen van contracten, waaronder het beantwoorden van klantvragen, ondersteunen van contractmanagers bij financiële aangelegenheden en beheren van kosten
  • Indexeren van contractfacturatie en samen met de kostenoverzichten bezorgen aan de klant

Cash / Facturatie:

  • Voorbereiden van pre-facturatie en eventuele extra diensten (Add-ons) voor goedkeuring door contractmanagers
  • Uitvoeren van contractuele facturatie richting klanten
  • Opvolgen van betalingen om de cashflow te bewaken en indien nodig actie ondernemen (zoals klantherinneringen, kredietnota’s en achterstallige betalingen)
  • Beheren van het facturatieplan en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een financiële richting of hebt ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je werkt vlot met PC en Office-toepassingen (Excel, Teams, Outlook); ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en correct in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; kennis van Frans is een plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, hebt oog voor detail en beschikt over analytisch inzicht
  • Je bent een teamspeler, neemt initiatief en werkt proactief
  • Je ziet werk liggen en gaat actief aan de slag om zaken op te volgen en af te handelen
