VvE Totaalservice is al 25 jaar dé partner voor Verenigingen van Eigenaren als het gaat om financieel beheer en technisch onderhoud van hun gebouwen. We beheren meer dan 180 VvE's, en met een team van 12 enthousiaste collega's zorgen we ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Om onze klanten nóg beter van dienst te kunnen zijn, zoeken we een nieuwe financieel medewerker. Wat ga je doen? Je duikt in de cijfers van onze VvE's en zorgt ervoor dat alles financieel op rolletjes loopt. Wat dat precies betekent? Nou, dit: - Jaarrekeningen samenstellen - Inkoopfacturen controleren - Het grootboek checken (fouten? Niet onder jouw toeziend oog!)) - Stookkosten afrekenen (ook dat pak jij moeiteloos op) - Betaal- en incassobestanden klaarzetten - Contact met kascommissies - Vragen van eigenaren beantwoorden (jij weet precies hoe het zit) Wie ben jij? Je bent de financiële rots in de branding die we zoeken. Dit ben jij: - MBO/ HBO werk- en denkniveau in de administratie - Communicatief sterk, zowel aan de telefoon als op papier - Je houdt van orde in de chaos en werkt zelfstandig - Je leert graag bij en bent niet bang voor een cursus - Bekend met Twinq?
