Bij Newomij krijg je verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiële kant van een eigen portefeuille VvE's. Je stelt jaarrekeningen en begrotingen op, bewaakt de financiële positie van jouw portefeuille en bent het financiële aanspreekpunt voor collega's en VvE-besturen. Je kijkt niet alleen of cijfers kloppen, maar ook naar wat ze betekenen. Wat ga je gaat doen Als Financieel Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer van jouw portefeuille. - Je stelt zelfstandig jaarrekeningen en begrotingen op en zorgt dat deze inhoudelijk kloppen en op tijd gereed zijn. - Je analyseert financiële resultaten, verklaart afwijkingen en houdt zicht op de financiële positie van de VvE's binnen jouw portefeuille. - Je adviseert VvE-besturen over onder andere begrotingen, reserveringen en financiële vraagstukken. - Je licht financiële stukken toe en beantwoordt vragen van besturen, accountmanagers en andere collega's. - Je signaleert waar processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen en neemt hierin initiatief. Je doet dus niet zelf het dagelijkse debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer. Daar zijn binnen het team aparte collega's voor.
