Wil je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk zijn voor financiële administraties, analyses maken én als financieel aanspreekpunt optreden? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Ervaring met VvE-beheer is niet noodzakelijk . Heb jij een goede financiële basis en wil je het vak leren? Dan zorgen wij bij NMG voor de juiste begeleiding en opleiding. Financieel Beheerder VvE(28-37,5 upw) op ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Beheerder VvE zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële administratie van onze Verenigingen van Eigenaars klopt, inzichtelijk is en op tijd wordt afgerond. Je bent niet alleen bezig met cijfers verwerken. Je controleert, analyseert, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat onze accountmanagers, VvE-besturen en kascommissies kunnen vertrouwen op goede financiële informatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en begrotingen; - het maken van exploitatie- en stookafrekeningen; - het controleren van grootboeken en tussenrekeningen; - het analyseren van verschillen tussen begroting en realisatie; - het bewaken van financiële deadlines; - bankzaken, saldo-controles, UBO-registraties en incassocontracten; - het verwerken van financiële besluiten uit VvE-vergaderingen; - het opstellen van heldere financiële rapportages; - overleg met collega's van onder andere accountmanagement en backoffice; - contact met VvE-besturen en kascommissies. Debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie hoef je niet zelf uit te voeren. Je hebt hierin vooral een controlerende en coördinerende rol. Wie zoeken wij? Je hoeft voor ons niet ieder vakje af te kunnen vinken. We zoeken vooral iemand die financieel sterk is, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag kwaliteit levert.
