Als Financieel Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan financiële werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie op orde is en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van processen en systemen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van de financiële administratie; - Verzorgen en bewaken van de facturatieprocessen; - Opstellen, verwerken en controleren van uitgaande facturen; - Beheer van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie; - Verzorgen van betalingen en bewaken van openstaande posten; - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - Opstellen van financiële rapportages en analyses; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen financiële processen; - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere inrichting en optimalisatie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; - Ondersteunen bij implementatie- en digitaliseringsprojecten; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor financiële vraagstukken binnen de organisatie.
