Voor het cluster Financiën zoeken wij een financieel consulent. Wat je gaat doen voor Middelburg Als financieel consulent draag je zorg voor ondersteuning, hulp en advies aan afdelingshoofden, (deel)budgethouders en collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Jouw taken zijn: - Opstellen van begrotingen, jaarrekeningen en bestuursrapportages. - Ondersteunen bij financieel-technische vragen, signaleren van relevante ontwikkelingen en bedenken van oplossingen bij financieel-administratieve knelpunten. - Samenwerken met en ondersteunen van de financieel adviseurs op betreffende afdeling. - Verzorgen van de administratie van Europese projecten. - Onderhouden van contact met de accountant over de jaarrekening. Waarmee jij Middelburg versterkt - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding bedrijfseconomie of bedrijfsadministratie. - Ervaring met (gemeentelijke) financiën. - Uitstekend in de omgang. Vanwege de vele, met name, interne contacten is het belangrijk dat je klantgericht bent en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Hulpvaardigheid, flexibiliteit en gericht op samenwerking binnen de verschillende afdelingen. - Zorgvuldigheid in de zin van accuraat, nauwkeurig en precies maar ook in de afwegingen. Daar staat tegenover - Een brutosalaris van maximaal € 5.096,- p/m (o.b.v. functieschaal 9). De mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een maximum brutosalaris van € 5.624,- p/m (o.b.v. uitloopschaal 10). - Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB) van 17,05% bovenop je brutosalaris. Dit bedrag kun je flexibel inzetten voor bijv. extra verlof, fietsproject, verduu...
