Namens Lithos Bouw en Ontwikkeling te Amersfoort zoeken wij een financial met een stevige basis, die de komende jaren steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid wil pakken. Onze opdrachtgever is een ondernemende bouworganisatie met circa 50 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van ongeveer € 100 miljoen. Vanuit de eigen ontwikkelafdeling werkt de organisatie aan omvangrijke woningbouwprojecten, variërend van appartementencomplexen tot complete woonwijken. Projecten hebben vaak een meerjarige looptijd en worden uitgevoerd voor onder andere investeerders en woningcorporaties. Daarnaast ontwikkelt en bouwt de organisatie projecten in eigen beheer. De onderneming maakt onderdeel uit van een financieel sterke, landelijke groep van bouw- en vastgoedbedrijven met een gezamenlijke omzet van > € 1 miljard. Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt, is het duidelijke toekomstperspectief. De huidige Financial Controller gaat over circa anderhalf jaar met pensioen. Tot die tijd word je zorgvuldig ingewerkt en neem je stap voor stap zijn werkzaamheden over. Je krijgt dus de ruimte om de organisatie, projecten en financiële processen goed te leren kennen voordat jij volledig aan het roer staat. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is de samenwerking met de projectleiders. Zij hebben veel vrijheid en zijn financieel verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen projecten. Jij groeit uit tot hun financiële sparringpartner en bespreekt met hen onder andere voortgang, risico's, prognoses en resultaten.
