De organisatie bestaat uit meerdere bouwbedrijven, wat zorgt voor diversiteit, stabiliteit en korte lijnen. De reden voor deze vacature is helder: de huidige financieel directeur werkt hier al bijna 20 jaar en gaat richting pensioen. Daarom zoeken we een financieel controller die instroomt, verantwoordelijkheid pakt over één grote BV en zich stap voor stap ontwikkelt richting de toekomstige rol van financieel directeur.
