Als financieel controller (32-40 uur per week) speel je een belangrijke rol in de financiële sturing van Buha. Met jouw rapportages, analyses en adviezen ondersteun je de organisatie bij het nemen van goed onderbouwde beslissingen en draag je bij aan een gezonde en toekomstbestendige bedrijfsvoering. Je werk - Je stelt financiële rapportages op zoals managementrapportages, begrotingen, meerjarenprognoses en de jaarrekening; - Je analyseert financiële informatie om afwijkingen, trends, risico's en kansen te signaleren en geeft hierover advies ter ondersteuning van het managementteam; - Je voert de planning- en control cyclus uit en bewaakt de financiële positie, de (project)budgetten en prognoses; - Je vertaalt de financiële informatiebehoefte van de organisatie in standaard rapportages en dashboards; - Je beoordeelt directie-, investerings- en contractvoorstellen en adviseert over financiële impact, rendement en risico's; - Je bewaakt de juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de financiële administratie en data; - Je ziet toe op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, fiscale richtlijnen en interne beheersmaatregelen en signaleert afwijkingen; - Je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor accountants, externe financieel adviseurs en interne stakeholders; - Je signaleert verbeterkansen en draagt actief bij aan de optimalisatie van financiële processen en interne controles; - Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied en vertaalt deze naar de organisatie en collega's.
