In een internationale maar lokaal verankerde organisatie waar professionaliteit, samenwerking en duurzaamheid centraal staan, krijg je als Financieel Controller een sleutelrol binnen de financiële rapportering en analyse. De functie combineert nauwkeurigheid met strategisch inzicht en biedt ruimte om actief mee te denken over procesoptimalisatie. Als Financieel Controller zorg je ervoor dat cijfers niet alleen correct zijn, maar ook betekenis geven aan wat er binnen de organisatie gebeurt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Een belangrijke rol opnemen in de maand‑, kwartaal‑ en jaarafsluiting.
  • Financiële rapportering verzorgen voor het lokale management en het internationale moederbedrijf.
  • Intercompanytransacties, transfer pricing, fiscale aangiftes, jaarrekeningen en audits opvolgen.
  • Budgetten en forecasts mee uitwerken.
  • Resultaten, afwijkingen, kosten en rendabiliteit analyseren.
  • Rapporteringen en dashboards ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van managementbeslissingen.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere, eenvoudigere en meer geautomatiseerde financiële processen.
  • Meewerken aan financiële en organisatiebrede projecten.

Deze rol biedt de mogelijkheid om als Financieel Controller zowel operationeel als strategisch impact te maken.

  • Een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling, finance of audit.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig, hands‑on en proactief.
  • Sterke kennis van Microsoft Office, ERP‑systemen, rapporteringstools en Power BI.
  • Goede kennis van BE GAAP, vennootschapsrecht, fiscaliteit en btw‑regelgeving.
  • Communicatief sterk en graag samenwerkend met interne en externe contacten.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, met een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
