Voor een internationale handelsorganisatie binnen de sierteeltsector zijn wij, Holland Talent Group, op zoek naar een: MEDEWERKER ADMINISTRATIE Functie - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie van exportzendingen; - Je stelt verkoopfacturen op en controleert deze op juistheid en volledigheid; - Je verwerkt transport-, export- en douanedocumenten; - Je controleert en verwerkt inkoopnota's; - Je verwerkt correcties en mutaties in het systeem; - Je stemt af met collega's van planning, logistiek, inkoop en debiteurenbeheer; - Je zorgt ervoor dat klant- en ordergegevens goed worden vastgelegd; - Je bewaakt het administratieve proces rondom zendingen; - Je signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt voor een nette opvolging; - Je draagt bij aan een soepel en efficiënt facturatieproces. Wat heb je nodig? - Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Je bent cijfermatig goed onderlegd; - Je kunt goed schakelen met verschillende afdelingen; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en servicegericht; - Je hebt ervaring met Excel en administratieve systemen; - Ervaring met facturatie, logistiek of exportdocumentatie is een pré; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
