Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen de bouw- en maakindustrie in de regio Alkmaar zoeken wij een Financieel Directeur die financiële grip combineert met leiderschap en organisatieontwikkeling. De organisatie is actief in een dynamische productieomgeving en heeft de ambitie om verder te groeien en professionaliseren. Dat vraagt om betrouwbare financiële sturing, efficiënte processen, goede samenwerking en een slimme inzet van systemen en technologie. Als Financieel Directeur krijg je hierin een sleutelpositie. Je bent financieel eindverantwoordelijk, lid van het Managementteam en sparringpartner van de Algemeen Directeur. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan finance alleen en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van processen, systemen en de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft richting aan de financiële functie en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten en acties. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Financial control, rapportages en financiële verslaglegging; - Liquiditeit, werkkapitaal, marges, kostprijzen en financiële risico's; - Budgetten, forecasts, KPI's en de planning- & controlcyclus; - Maand- en jaarafsluitingen; - Advisering van de Algemeen Directeur en het MT; - Verbetering, standaardisering en automatisering van bedrijfsprocessen; - Verdere professionalisering van systemen en informatievoorziening; - Leidinggeven aan acht professionals binnen verschillende disciplines. Als MT-lid kijk je verder dan je eigen portefeuille en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de koers en verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Wie zoeken wij?
