Jobomschrijving

Je komt terecht in ons order-to-cash-team van 7 collega's, waar we samen zorgen voor een correcte facturatie, een efficiënt debiteurenbeheer en een optimale klantenervaring. Binnen het team krijg je de kans om je expertise uit te bouwen in zowel facturatie als credit & collection. Dankzij jouw kritische blik en leergierigheid draag je bovendien actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie en automatisering van onze processen.

Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit: Als financieel dossierbeheerder combineer je operationele taken met analyse en procesverbetering. Je ontwikkelt expertise in zowel facturatie als credit & collection en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het team.

Facturatie

  • Je zorgt mee voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van facturatiedossiers.
  • Je maakt operationeel facturen aan in onze systemen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gegevens.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om facturatiepieken vlot op te vangen.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over procesverbeteringen en automatiseringsopportuniteiten binnen de facturatieflow.

Credit & collection

  • Je volgt openstaande klantenvorderingen op en behandelt vragen rond betalingen, herinneringen en betwistingen.
  • Je analyseert dossiers grondig en onderzoekt eventuele afwijkingen of betalingsverschillen.
  • Je stemt af met interne stakeholders om tot een duurzame oplossing te komen.
  • Je onderhoudt klantcontact voornamelijk via mail en zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte opvolging.
  • Je neemt ownership over je dossiers en kijkt verder dan de onmiddellijke vraag om structurele verbeteringen te identificeren.

Procesoptimalisatie

  • Je werkt dagelijks met verschillende systemen en tools en bouwt hierin snel expertise op.
  • Je signaleert inefficiënties en denkt actief mee na over verdere digitalisering en automatisering.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij rapporteringen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze financiële processen.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een economische richting (Financiën & verzekeringen of handelswetenschappen finance & risk).
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring via stage, studentenjob of werkervaring binnen administratie, klantbeheer, finance of dossierbeheer.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan complexe dossiers en processen snel begrijpen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je neemt ownership, denkt proactief mee en komt zelf met verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je werkt constructief samen met collega's, klanten en stakeholders.
