In een groeiende organisatie binnen de automotive‑omgeving krijg je als Financieel en Administratief Directeur een sleutelrol in het bewaken van financiële slagkracht, interne controle en administratieve efficiëntie. De functie combineert strategische verantwoordelijkheid met operationele betrokkenheid, waardoor jouw expertise als Financieel en Administratief Directeur een directe impact heeft op de verdere professionalisering van de groep .

  • Aansturen van de boekhouding en administratieve medewerkers, inclusief kwaliteitsbewaking en opvolging van deadlines.
  • Opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële scenario’s en actief opvolgen van afwijkingen.
  • Organiseren van betrouwbare afsluitingen, managementrapportering en rapporteringen naar relevante stakeholders.
  • Beheren van cashflow, werkkapitaal en financieringen, met bijzondere aandacht voor stockfinanciering.
  • Analyseren van rendabiliteit per vestiging en afdeling en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Bewaken van kostenstructuren, marges, interne controles, btw, fiscaliteit en compliance.
  • Regie nemen over contractbeheer en juridische dossiers en onderhouden van relaties met banken, auditors en andere partners.
  • Optimaliseren van administratieve processen over verschillende vennootschappen en vestigingen heen.

Als Financieel en Administratief Directeur combineer je strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en zorg je ervoor dat groei beheersbaar blijft.

  • Masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of bedrijfskundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ruime ervaring in een financiële management- of directiefunctie.
  • Grondige kennis van boekhouding, controlling, cashflow, rapportering en financiële processen.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams en het verbeteren van administratieve processen.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een pragmatische, besluitvaardige en hands‑on ingesteldheid.
  • Vermogen om complexe financiële informatie helder te vertalen en onafhankelijk advies te geven.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, discretie en integriteit.
  • Ervaring met organisaties met meerdere vestigingen, familiebedrijven, retail of automotive is een pluspunt.
