Dat doen we met ons grond- en vastgoedbeleid. Ons werk loopt van het beheer en de verbouwing van gebouwen tot de ontwikkeling van hele gebieden. Met onze kennis van vastgoed en grond maken we ruimtelijke plannen uitvoerbaar. Als financieel en administratief medewerker Vastgoed werk je in het team Vastgoedmanagement. Dit team zorgt voor de ontwikkeling en het beheer van het maatschappelijk vastgoed van de gemeente. Denk aan huisvesting voor onderwijs en aan gebouwen voor maatschappelijke voorzieningen. We beheren 175 gemeentelijke gebouwen en werken nauw samen met technisch beheerders, beleidsafdelingen en maatschappelijke organisaties. Ook verhuren we panden, vooral aan maatschappelijke instellingen en organisaties in de stad. Dat vastgoed loopt uiteen van theaters en brandweerkazernes tot bekende Zwolse gebouwen als de Peperbus en museum de Fundatie. Daarnaast heeft de gemeente ongeveer 450 gronden, zendmasten en ligplaatsen die we verhuren, verpachten of in gebruik geven aan inwoners en ondernemers. Door de centralisatie van het gemeentelijk vastgoed groeit ons team verder in professionaliteit. Het hechte team van vijftien collega's bestaat uit portefeuillemanagers, ontwikkelmanagers, adviseurs onderwijshuisvesting, assetmanagers en ondersteunende medewerkers. We...
