Groep Dilbeek is een vooruitstrevende organisatie die de afgelopen jaren een ambitieus veranderingstraject heeft doorlopen gebaseerd op de principes van de innovatieve arbeidsorganisatie (IAO). We organiseren onszelf binnen een vlakke structuur waarbij wendbaarheid, gedeeld leiderschap en zelforganiserende teams centraal staan bij het bepalen en de uitvoering van onze doelstellingen.

Om onze dienstverlening binnen team financiën verder uit te bouwen zijn wij op zoek naar een financieel expert met focus op ontvangsten. Je bouwt vanuit jouw rol mee aan een gezond financieel beleid voor Groep Dilbeek (Gemeente, OCMW, Politie en Vzw kinderopvang). Samen met de andere teamleden ben je actief betrokken in de ontvangstenprocessen van de verschillende entiteiten van de groep. Je staat je collega’s bij met inhoudelijke vragen rond invorderingsdossiers, hebt de wetgeving ter zake onder de knie én kan deze toepassen binnen onze context.

Een greep uit de verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt de verschillende ontvangstprocessen op (facturatie, belastingen, huurgelden, kassaverrichtingen…) en optimaliseert waar nodig in functie van efficiëntie en effectiviteit
  • Je geeft advies over de te volgen procedures en bent ook aandachtig voor de borging van mogelijke risisco’s
  • Je organiseert overleg met andere teams of externe partners zoals incassobureau, deurwaarder, andere facturerende diensten,…
  • Je stemt waar nodig af met andere diensten, teamcoaches of directeurs binnen de context van een innovatieve arbeidsorganisatie
  • Je draagt actief bij aan rapporteringsbehoeften van andere diensten, financieel partners en management.

  • bent een teamplayer die zelfstandig kan werken
  • hebt een analytische geest en denkt in oplossingen
  • communiceert transparant en klantgericht
  • werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • hebt een grondige kennis van MS Excel en speelt met spreadsheets en draaitabellen
  • bent nieuwsgierig en staat te popelen om je de regelgeving eigen aan een lokaal bestuur eigen te maken
  • maakt er een punt van om bij te leren en te groeien,zowel op professioneel als persoonlijk vlak

Voorwaarden...

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, een einddiploma hoger onderwijs van 1 cyclus of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een financiële/economische richting Geen bachelordiploma? Met je diploma hoger secundair onderwijs kan je vóór de start van de selectieprocedure een capaciteitstest op bachelorniveau afleggen. Slaag je voor de test, dan nemen we je mee in de selectieprocedure
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Indien je niet in het Nederlands naar school bent gegaan moet je een taalattest C1 bezitten.
