Bij GZ Workspace Creators draait veel om mensen, projecten en beweging. Achter de schermen zorgen financiële en HR processen ervoor dat onze organisatie soepel blijft draaien. Als Financieel & HR Medewerker ben jij daarin een belangrijke schakel. Je houdt onze financiële administratie op orde, ondersteunt bij HR en denkt actief mee over hoe we processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en weet wat er moet gebeuren. Tegelijkertijd werk je in een betrokken team waarin korte lijnen en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend zijn. Wat ga je doen? Van debiteuren en crediteuren tot personeelsdossiers en van btw aangiftes tot betalingen. Jij houdt je bezig met verschillende onderdelen van onze financiële en HR administratie. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en vragen om nauwkeurigheid, discretie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, pakt zaken zelfstandig op en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - debiteuren en crediteurenbeheer; - boeken van inkoopfacturen en banken; - verrichten en verwerken van betalingen; - verzorgen van btw aangiftes; - beheren van diverse mailboxen; - ondersteunen bij maandcijfers en de jaarrekening; - beheren van personeelsdossiers; - ondersteunen bij verzuimadministratie, autobeheer en de arbodienst; - verbeteren en automatiseren van administratieve processen.
