Over de functie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen inspecties volgens de NEN 4400-1, de norm voor uitzendbureaus en andere arbeidsbemiddelaars. Je verdiept je vooraf in de administratie en bepaalt op basis daarvan waar tijdens de inspectie extra aandacht nodig is. Bij de klant toets je de loon- en financiële administratie, stel je gerichte vragen en onderzoek je opvallende zaken verder. Met alle informatie die je verzamelt, kom je tot een onderbouwd oordeel. Je legt je bevindingen vast en bespreekt eventuele afwijkingen duidelijk met de klant. Je doorziet snel hoe een organisatie werkt en blijft tegelijkertijd objectief kijken naar wat er voor je ligt. Dat heb je nodig, want de organisaties die je inspecteert lopen sterk uiteen: van grote organisaties tot het kleine uitzendbureau om de hoek. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners en neemt hen helder mee in je bevindingen. Je voert je inspecties grotendeels zelfstandig uit en organiseert je werkzaamheden zelf. Je werkt bij klanten op locatie en deels vanuit huis. Daarbij houd je overzicht over je lopende inspecties, bewaak je de voortgang en zorg je ervoor dat dossiers zorgvuldig worden afgerond. Ook inhoudelijk blijf je scherp: wet- en regelgeving verandert immers en met permanente educatie, opleidingen en trainingen houd je jouw vakkennis actueel. Wel zo handig, met de naderende wtta.
