Financieel Klantcontact Specialist Hoofddorp, Noord-Holland €3.000,00 - €3.200,00 per maand Fulltime, Parttime In deze rol draait klantcontact om meer dan alleen het beantwoorden van vragen. Als Financieel Klantcontact Specialist schakel je dagelijks tussen verschillende klantvragen en situaties via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je haalt snel de kern uit een vraag, verzamelt de relevante informatie en zorgt dat de klant verder kan met een passende oplossing. Juist wanneer een situatie wat complexer wordt, blijf jij scherp en houd je het overzicht. Met een professionele, servicegerichte aanpak zorg je voor prettig contact, duidelijke communicatie en een sterke klantbeleving. Het werk - Via telefoon, e-mail en chat help je klanten; - Je lost klantvragen zelfstandig op en schakelt bij zeer complexe vraagstukken met de juiste collega's; - Elk klantcontact leg je zorgvuldig en correct vast; - In ieder contact vertegenwoordig je de organisatie op een professionele manier; - Met jouw aanpak draag je direct bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid. Een goede start staat centraal. Daarom begin je met een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarin je de eerste drie weken meeluistert en gesprekstrainingen volgt. Daarna voer je onder begeleiding steeds meer gesprekken zelf. Tijdens je werk leer je de verschillende vormen van dienstverlening steeds beter kennen. Daardoor groeit niet alleen je kennis, maar ook je rol als sterke gesprekspartner die klanten op een professionele en zorgvuldige manier verder helpt.
