Bewoners houden daarbij zo lang mogelijk zelf de regie over hun leven. We kijken niet primair naar wat niet meer kan, maar juist naar wat wél mogelijk is. Die visie vraagt om een organisatie die ondernemend, professioneel en financieel gezond is. Wonen bij De Familie is de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid en heeft ambitieuze plannen voor de toekomst. We openen nieuwe locaties, bouwen verder aan onze organisatie en professionaliseren onze bedrijfsvoering. Daarom zoeken we een stevige Financieel Manager die zorgt dat onze financiële basis klopt, het team goed functioneert en Finance, Zorgadministratie en ICT schaalbaar en klaar zijn voor verdere groei.
