- Financieel manager Stadskanaal ● Hesco Bouw ● R3835 Financieel manager bij Hesco Bouw in Stadskanaal Sterke basis, ruimte om te bouwen Talent & verantwoordelijkheden Als financieel manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele financieel management en de verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële functie. Je ontwikkelt finance richting meer inzicht, sturing en voorspellend vermogen en versterkt processen, systemen, interne beheersing en de controlfunctie. Als MT-lid ben je sparringpartner van directie en management. Je stuurt en ontwikkelt het financiële team en onderhoudt contact met aandeelhouders, accountant, banken, verzekeraars en andere externe partijen. Jouw profiel Je hebt een hbo/wo-opleiding in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar en ervaring met financiële administratie, controlling, projectadministraties, budgettering, forecasting, liquiditeitsbeheer en managementrapportages. Je combineert financiële deskundigheid met bedrijfskundig inzicht, stevigheid en een praktische instelling. Je bent proactief, analytisch, hands-on, communicatief sterk en ervaren in het ontwikkelen van zowel team als organisatie. Affiniteit met de bouw is een pre. Waar kom je te werken Hesco Bouw ontwikkelt en realiseert bouwprojecten in Noord-Nederland, met lokale kennis en oog voor hoogwaardige resultaten die aansluiten bij regionale behoeften. Vanuit Stadskanaal en de vestiging in Zwolle werken circa 75 medewerkers aan projecten voor onder meer ondernemers, overheden, woningcorporaties, industrie, scholen en zorginstellingen. Het DNA voelt als dat van een familiebedrijf, waarin iedereen betrokken is en zich gesteund en gezien voelt. De kracht ligt in samenwerking, vakkennis en nuchterheid.
