De organisatie levert aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland, groeit gestaag en werkt aan de verdere professionalisering van haar financiële fundament. De cultuur is informeel, nuchter en ondernemend, met korte lijnen naar de directie en een sterke betrokkenheid bij de eigen mensen. Als Financieel Manager ben je de financiële sparringpartner van de directie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie, vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten en adviezen en zorgt voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie voor de hele onderneming. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de administratie: je verbindt finance met de commercie, inkoop en logistiek en helpt de organisatie bewuste keuzes te maken. Functie Als Financieel Manager geef je leiding aan de financiële administratie en zorg je dat financiële informatie actueel, begrijpelijk en bruikbaar is. Je verzorgt de periodieke afsluitingen, stelt managementrapportages en KPI's op en analyseert de resultaten. Marges, voorraadwaardering, werkkapitaal en cashflow zijn in een groothandelsomgeving bepalend; je houdt hier scherp zicht op en vertaalt de cijfers naar concrete adviezen. Je schakelt in deze rol moeiteloos tussen strategie en operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en de verschillende afdelingen, signaleert kansen en risico's en denkt mee over investeringsvraagstukken, internationale activiteiten en de verdere groei van de organisatie. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om de financiële processen en de ERP-omgeving slimmer in te richten en verder te automatiseren.
