Lees snel verder! Over het werk Als financieel medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig verwerken van inkomende facturen binnen ons financiële systeem. Je werkt in een centraal Europees finance team waar je dagelijks bijdraagt aan het professionaliseren van onze financiële administratie. Deze functie biedt ruimte om actief mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en digitalisering. Je hebt flexibele werktijden en mogelijkheden om deels thuis te werken. Binnen dit team kun je je ontwikkelen en zijn er volop kansen voor opleiding en groei. Je start je werkdag met het controleren en boeken van inkomende facturen, het toewijzen van de juiste btw-codes en het verwerken van (kosten)facturen op de juiste grootboekrekeningen en kostenplaatsen. Daarnaast houd je het overzicht over de crediteurenadministratie, analyseer je betalingen en draag je zorg voor een correcte subadministratie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's met vragen over boekingen en facturen, verwerkt declaraties, stelt specificaties op voor de maandafsluiting en bereidt betaalbatches voor.
