Wij zoeken een Senior Financieel Medewerker in Den Haag De complete back-office van een groeiende IT-organisatie. Door jouw handen. NCIM is geen standaard IT-bedrijf. We zijn een hecht team van 55 eigen medewerkers dat werkt aan hoogwaardige, langlopende IT-opdrachten voor onder meer het Ministerie van Defensie, de NAVO, het NFI en de Rijksoverheid. Het werk is serieus en er hangt vaak echt iets van af, maar we pakken het altijd met plezier aan. Samen met Ndus3 vormen we één hechte groep (met Icelake Capital als meerderheidsaandeelhouder). Sfeer en verbinding staan bij ons centraal. Er is altijd wel iets om bij aan te schuiven: bijpraten op de wekelijkse domibo, padellen na het werk, samen een 6502-processor in elkaar zetten, ons door een Mud Master-parcours ploegen of het tosti-apparaat overuren laten draaien. Elk jaar trekken we er bovendien met het hele team op uit, vorig jaar bezochten we Bletchley Park, dit jaar staat CERN op het programma! Doordat we klein genoeg zijn om elkaar écht te kennen, zijn de lijnen kort: je praat hier net zo makkelijk met het management als met je directe collega's. Wat je doet Als Senior Financieel Medewerker ben jij de motor achter de dagelijkse financiële administratie van zowel NCIM als Ndus3. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige verwerking van alle financiële mutaties. Het onderscheidende in deze functie zit niet alleen in de takenlijst, maar vooral in jouw houding: verschillen laat je niet rusten maar zoek je uit tot op de bodem, en problemen die zich herhalen los je structureel op. In deze rol combineer je het sturen en begeleiden van collega's met eigen uitvoering: - Zelfstandige uitvoering: Je voert de volledige financiële administratie van Ndus3 zelfstandig uit en verzorgt binnen NCIM de facturatie en administratie voor de overige ...
