In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed gedeelte van de financiële administratie en zorg je ervoor dat deze correct, volledig en actueel is. Je houdt je bezig met onder andere de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, bankmutaties, betalingen en btw. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting en de jaarlijkse audit. Een brede financiële functie dus, waarin nauwkeurigheid belangrijk is en je tegelijkertijd de ruimte krijgt om mee te denken over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale consultancyorganisatie die financiële instellingen ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken rondom onder andere data, risk, compliance en transformatie. Vanuit verschillende internationale vestigingen werken zij voor zowel nationale als internationale klanten. De organisatie groeit en kenmerkt zich door een professionele, maar informele werksfeer. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's werken veel met elkaar samen en er is ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Binnen Finance kom je terecht in een compact team waarin je een belangrijke rol krijgt in de dagelijkse financiële administratie. De rol Als Financieel Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële administratie op orde is. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een groot gedeelte van de dagelijkse verwerking en ondersteunt daarnaast bij de periodieke afsluitingen. Zo controleer en verwerk je inkomende facturen, stel je verkoopfacturen op, verwerk je bankmutaties en zorg je ervoor dat betalingen correct worden voorbereid.
