Je werkt nauw samen met een klein, hecht team en bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en controleren van inkoopfacturen. Dankzij jouw ervaring met crediteurenadministratie en het verwerken van grote aantallen facturen, kun je snel zelfstandig aan de slag. Je signaleert onvolledigheden in de administratie en pakt deze proactief op, zodat alles accuraat en tijdig wordt afgehandeld. Wat je gaat doen: - Inboeken en verwerken van inkoopfacturen: zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking in ons financiële systeem; - Controleren en administratief afhandelen van facturen: zorgen dat alle gegevens kloppen en voldoen aan de interne richtlijnen; - Ondersteunen bij de crediteurenadministratie: bijdragen aan een overzichtelijke en efficiënte administratie; - Uitvoeren van diverse ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden: zoals het beheren van documenten en rapportages; - Signaleren en opvolgen van onvolledigheden of afwijkingen in de administratie: actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen en oplossingen.
