De precieze invulling verschilt per organisatie, maar de rol combineert vaak administratieve taken met praktische ondersteuning. Je werkt meestal dicht op de financiële processen en hebt contact met collega's, leveranciers en klanten. - facturen verwerken, aanmaken of controleren; - de debiteurenadministratie ondersteunen; - vragen via mailbox of telefoon afhandelen; - gegevens verzamelen voor btw- of periodieke rapportages; - werken in Excel, Office en soms een ERP-systeem; - meedenken over slimmere of snellere werkprocessen; - lichte office- of facilitaire taken oppakken waar dat hoort bij de functie. Daarom is dit geen zuivere boekhoudrol. Werkgevers zoeken meestal iemand die overzicht houdt, zorgvuldig werkt en soepel schakelt tussen administratie en ondersteuning. Welke opleiding past het best? Voor de meeste instap- en mediorfuncties is een mbo-opleiding in een administratieve of financiële richting het meest logisch. Denk aan opleidingen die focussen op bedrijfsadministratie, financiële administratie of office support met een financiële component. Bij functies met meer verantwoordelijkheid, rapportage of procesverbetering zie je ook vaak kandidaten met een hbo-achtergrond . Dan sluit een studie als finance, administratieve economie, bedrijfskunde of business control vaak goed aan. Een wo-opleiding is voor deze functie meestal niet nodig. Toch kan een wo-achtergrond wel passend zijn als de rol breder is dan uitvoering, bijvoorbeeld met analyse, procesoptimalisatie of projectmatige ondersteuning.
