Bij de Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam‑Rijnmond (VRR) werk je voor vier verschillende onderdelen: Brandweer, Ambulance, Risico- en Crisisbeheersing én de ondersteunende stafafdelingen. Daardoor is geen week hetzelfde en voel je elke dag dat jouw werk ertoe doet! Jouw werk Als financieel medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze administratie klopt, compleet is en op tijd wordt verwerkt. De financiële administratie houdt zich bezig met een breed pakket aan taken: van debiteuren en crediteuren tot bankverwerking en betalingen, het verwerken van rittengegevens van ambulanceritten en diverse overige administratieve werkzaamheden die de afdeling soepel laten draaien. Binnen het team Inkoop & Financiën heb je een eigen dossierhoudertaak waarin jij, samen met je duo, het aanspreekpunt en de specialist bent. Daarnaast pak je roulerende taken op met collega's: van het verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens tot het opleveren van financiële informatie. Samen zorgen we voor alle voorkomende werkzaamheden, leveren we stukken aan voor het jaarrekeningproces, verzorgen we de facturatie van ambulanceritten en werk je mee aan verbeteringen in het inkoopproces.
