Met een eigen R&D afdeling, productiefaciliteiten en QC-Labs bieden we maatwerkoplossingen voor onze klanten. In 2020 is Caldic Ingredients Benelux verhuisd naar een nieuw pand in Nieuwegein, waarbij drie vestigingen opdeze locatie zijn samengevoegd. Op deze locatie zijn circa 90 medewerkers werkzaam (onder meer Productie,Warehouse, QHSE, R&D, Customer Care, Sales en Product Management). Als Financieel Medewerker bij Caldic ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van de debiteuren-, crediteuren- en grootboekadministratie, het verzorgen van bankverwerking, btw-aangiften, maandafsluitingen en het leveren van betrouwbare financiële rapportages ter ondersteuning van de bedrijfsvoering. Je komt te werken op een afdeling met 4 collega's waaronder de Finance Manager, waar jij aan rapporteert. Naast je directe collega's werken er nog ongeveer 90 anderen op de locatie in Nieuwegein. Die leer je snel genoeg kennen tijdens een bedrijfsevenement of natuurlijk tijdens het werk. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden 1. Debiteurenbeheer (inkomende gelden) - Opstellen en versturen van verkoopfacturen. - Bewaken van openstaande vorderingen. - Versturen van betalingsherinneringen en aanmaningen. - Contact onderhouden met klanten over betalingen. - Verwerken van ontvangen betalingen. 2. Crediteurenbeheer (uitgaande betalingen) - Controleren en verwerken van inkoopfacturen. - Matchen van facturen met inkooporders en ontvangsten. - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betaalbatches. - Bewaken van betalingstermijnen. - Onderhouden van leveranciersgegevens. 3.
