Bij Portaal werken we iedere dag aan goed en betaalbaar wonen voor onze bewoners. Als woningcorporatie hebben we een belangrijke maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid. We beheren woningen, investeren in buurten en zorgen ervoor dat onze financiële middelen zorgvuldig en verantwoord worden ingezet. Een betrouwbare financiële administratie is daarbij een belangrijke basis. Dat betekent niet alleen dat we zorgen voor de woning zelf, maar ook dat we zorgvuldig omgaan met alle kosten die daarbij komen kijken. Stook- en servicekosten zijn daar een belangrijk onderdeel van. Bewoners betalen maandelijks een voorschot voor bijvoorbeeld verwarming, schoonmaken van het trappenhuis of andere leveringen en diensten rondom hun woning. Aan het einde van het jaar moet duidelijk zijn wat de werkelijke kosten zijn en wat een bewoner uiteindelijk moet betalen of terugkrijgt. Want hoe verdeel je kosten eerlijk? Kloppen de gegevens? Wat betekent een verandering in wet- en regelgeving? Wat staat hierover in het beleidsboek Servicekosten van de Huurcommissie? En hoe leg je een ingewikkelde afrekening zo uit dat een bewoner precies begrijpt waar het bedrag vandaan komt? En daar kom jij in beeld! Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Medewerker Stook- en Servicekosten verbind je cijfers, regelgeving en de praktijk van onze bewoners. Je zorgt ervoor dat afrekeningen zorgvuldig en betrouwbaar zijn en dat bewoners kunnen vertrouwen op de informatie die zij van Portaal krijgen. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan betaalbare woonlasten en goed verhuurder schap. Ook houd je je bezig met vragen als: - Kloppen de kosten en is de juiste verdeelmethode gebruikt? - Hoe zorgen we voor een eerlijke en begrijpelijke afrekening? - Hoe beantwoorden...
