In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan administratieve en financiële processen en werk je binnen een dynamisch finance team. Omschrijving Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale speler binnen de financiële sector met een sterke positie in Europa. Als Financieel Medewerker zorg je voor een betrouwbare, tijdige en correcte financiële administratie. Je vervult een gecombineerde rol waarin werkzaamheden van verschillende subafdelingen samenkomen. Dit maakt de functie afwisselend en uitdagend, met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en procesoptimalisatie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken, behoudt het overzicht en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van bestaande processen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Beheren van het dagelijkse betalingsverkeer, inclusief het aanmaken van betaal- en incassobatches - Verwerken van bankmutaties in het boekhoudsysteem - Reconciliëren van grootboekrekeningen (banken, debiteuren en crediteuren) - Controleren en verwerken van inkoopfacturen - Zorgdragen voor tijdige betalingen aan leveranciers - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders - Verwerken van declaraties - Opstellen van verkoopfacturen - Ondersteunen bij treasury-activiteiten - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en deelnemen aan financiële projecten Wat breng jij mee? - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau in een financiële richting - 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Sterke vaardigheden in Excel - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal Aanbod - Een veelzijdige functie binnen een internationale werkomgeving - Salaris tot €3.300,- o.b.v. 4...
